Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Treasury to oversee treasury
operations and manage a team of treasury professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring accurate and timely
processing of payments
Manage and mentor a team of treasury professionals to support their
growth and development
Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure
compliance and enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in treasury operations, with at least 3
years in a management role
Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and processes
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related
field
Experience in the Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Fund
Administration industry is preferred
Experience in building and managing teams, with a passion for
mentoring and coaching
