We are currently looking for a hard-working, skilled Field Technician who takes pride in their work, which includes: interior & exterior grounds maintenance, trash removal-including the use of compactor, snow removal, and other maintenance duties as assigned. The Field Technician must have a valid driver's license and is required to drive a company vehicle. Our Field Technician position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, sometimes rotating weekends, $15.50/hour with paid training, room for growth, with tools & uniforms provided, and eligibility for the benefits listed below: Field Technician benefits:

  • Driving company vehicle to multiple sites
  • Manage work orders via iPhone app
  • Trash management, including the use of a compactor
  • Moving trash and recycling bins in and out on specified days
  • Litter/trash collection in exterior and interior common areas
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Pet station maintenance
  • Leaf blowing
  • Salting walkways
  • Provide support in moving furniture, appliances, etc. as needed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive, collaborative team player
  • Other duties as assignedField Technician requirements:
    • Valid driver's license
    • Field Technician/Porter/Grounds experience preferred
    • Work independently to complete assigned tasks within given timeframe
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interact with residents of varying ages and backgrounds
    • Ability to pass criminal background check and motor vehicle reporting
    • Ability to meet physical requirements:
      • The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday.
