Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (EST,
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding process for 20-25 customers, ensuring timely
implementation
Consult with customers to create implementation plans that align
with their business goals
Project manage the implementation process and collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as an Implementation Specialist
Previous experience in enterprise SaaS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Located in the Eastern time zone
Self-starter with a flexible mindset and strong project management
skills
