Job Description:

Vetted Locums has immediate opportunities for 13-week locum contracts for General Surgery Physicians at competitive hourly rates.

• Participate in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Provide trauma stabilization and critical care interventions.
• Diagnose and deliver acute and chronic pain management.
• Stay current with new techniques, technology, and medications related to General Surgery practice.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation. Qualifications:
  • Active and unencumbered medical license in the state of employment (Vetted Locums can assist with obtaining a new license if needed).
  • Prior locums experience preferred. Skills:
    • Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in administering General Surgery.
    • Critical thinking and effective decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the surgical team.
