Job Overview
We're seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing employee training programs, and supporting department leaders in various HR processes.

Pay Rate: $19 - $21 per hour - FULL TIME

Key Responsibilities

HR Management & Compliance

Maintain personnel files and records in accordance with policies and legal requirements
Perform data entry in ADP for employee records, benefits, and transactions
Coordinate with Command HR Department for approvals on hiring, status changes, and terminations
Investigate and report on workplace incidents, including injuries, accidents, and grievances

Payroll & Benefits

Maintain accurate payroll records using HRIS
Coordinate employee benefits and assist with registration and claims
Supervise payroll preparation and manage employee database

Recruitment & Onboarding

Support department leaders in the staffing process from recruitment to exit interviews
Maintain job listings and process applications for new hires
Conduct new employee orientations and Safe From Harm training

Training & Development

Implement and conduct HR training for management and supervisory staff
Support ARC's safety programs with training plans and curriculum
Administer the Safe From Harm program

Administrative Support

Provide secretarial support to Administrators
Manage office supplies and equipment
Prepare reports and statistics as needed
