Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Level Human Resources Support
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize databases and management systems to enhance workflow and
processes
Act as a liaison between government hiring managers and the Office
of Human Capital
Create and monitor personnel requests and ensure compliance with
federal guidelines
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of relevant experience
BA or BS in Business Administration, Organizational Management,
Human Resources, or a related field
Strong coordination skills to support interactions between
government managers and Human Capital office
Proficiency in MS tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint, and Teams
Ability to develop processes considering multiple stakeholders
