Job Description
Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Professional to join
our Human Resources team at our Van Wert, OH manufacturing
facility. This position will support full cycle recruitment and
Human Resource generalist activities. This role will operate daily
onsite and report directly to the site HR Manager. Relocation and
work authorization support is not available for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to,
the following.
Initiate and lead effective recruiting intake meetings with hiring
managers to identify staffing needs, appropriate recruiting
strategies, and job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, comprising resume analysis,
interviews and offers.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs
throughout applicant flow, sourcing, and reporting. Oversee
candidate activity in the ATS, ensuring it is updated according to
internal compliance requirements.
Collaborate with workforce community partners, trade schools, and
other education institutions supporting recruitment efforts for our
production team.
Collaborate closely with key HR areas (HR Services, Total Rewards,
Benefits, Payroll) to support the hiring process as needed.
Stay updated on federal and state laws/regulations affecting HR
management, as well as current business trends in the HR field.
Administer and coordinate various HR plans and procedures,
assisting in the development, implementation, and review of local
policies and procedures.
Maintain employment records, reports, and logs to ensure compliance
with EEO/AAP/ADA regulations and requirements.
Plan, support, and execute employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or related field
of study is required.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR managing full-cycle
recruitment (experience recruiting for a manufacturer or large
distribution organization is preferred)
Experience using applicant tracking systems is required;
SuccessFactors recruiting module experience is preferred
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule to support
off-shift employees and managers regularly
Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint)
Ability to consult and coach employees and management through
complex issues.
Skilled in researching and analyzing labor market data to make
informed recommendations while adhering to standards, policies, and
regulations
Ability to prioritize tasks and execute with a sense of urgency
Ability to leverage job boards and social media to effectively
source, network (i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor) is required. Experience
utilizing labor market analytics is preferred
Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and
federal/state legislation
