Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Relationship Banker to provide
credit and lending-related sales and service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and provide advice on personal banking
and lending strategies
Manage customer applications and ensure they are informed of their
status
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve
business objectives
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or a related
field
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Knowledge of personal banking products and competitive marketplace
trends
Familiarity with contact center operational processes and
policies
Credit qualifications and associated knowledge if applicable to the
role
