  Responsibilities
  
  While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for:
  
  • Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encouraging self-help activities
  • Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
    • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

      ResCare Community Living will be hosting a Hiring Event & Open Interviews this Friday, November 8th . No appointment needed; walk-in any time between 10 AM - 2 PM. Address: Holiday Inn Conference Room, 5101 Cartwright Drive, Kokomo IN. 46902 . Start your new postion/orientation 11/12! We have full-time & part-time positions available in Kokomo & surrounding areas. No experience required; we pay for your training. High School Diploma or Equivalent, must be able to pass state specific background checks. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, & acceptable driving record.
