Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Loss Specialist to handle
complex and high exposure claims requiring technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Adjust complex and high exposure losses and provide analysis to
senior executives
Research coverage and document findings, including drafting
reservations of rights and coverage denials
Investigate claims, document activities, and provide regular
updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of construction liability claims experience
College degree or equivalent claims management experience
required
Minimum of 10 years litigation management experience preferred
Must hold an adjuster license and be willing to secure additional
licenses as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
