Job Description:
A company is looking for an MHPSS Lead to oversee post-disaster
mental health and psychosocial support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of MHPSS specialists in crisis
intervention and capacity-building programming
Coordinate training and support for healthcare workers and first
responders in disaster recovery
Manage MHPSS grants and ensure alignment with approved proposals
and activities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a
related field with relevant licensure
Minimum of 5 years' experience in MHPSS programming, particularly
in disaster or crisis settings
Proven experience in conducting training and providing psychosocial
assistance
Experience in program design and development, along with
cross-functional collaboration
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and high cultural
competency
