Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION: Provide leadership,
management and ownership of sourcing technology applications and
processes to support the evaluation and tracking of outside service
provider risk and compliance for new and existing supplier
relationships. The scopeof the role and the responsibilities
encompass using existing and new tools to develop best practice
processes and policies to provide governance and oversight for the
Bancorp outside service providers. This leader will work closely
with peers and usersto embed Sourcing processes across the Bancorp
to execute and effectively manage outside service provider risk,
with specific focus on the due diligence processes performed by key
risk stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . Own and
manger sourcing technology applications and processes including:
due diligence risk evaluation and on-boarding of new suppliers,
risk revaluation and recertification of existing suppliers and
enterprise and regulatory reporting related tosupplier risk and
compliance. . Manage Strategic Sourcing Process and Compliance
Team. . Responsible for ensuring the adequate training of all
sourcing staff and enterprise stakeholders on tools, technology and
processes related to sourcing risk, compliance and due diligence
processes. . Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI''s) and Key
Risk Indicators to effectively track and monitor outside service
provider risk and performance and create internal and external
scorecards. . Manager and sustain the supplier risk assessment
processes and survey for Line of Business (LoB) and actively
communicate changes to these processes to impacted stakeholders. .
Lead the risk and compliance evaluation process for new and
existing supplier relationships and facilitate the process for the
Sourcing, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams ongoing. . Lead the
existing meetings to support this cross functional risk evaluation
process including the weekly portfolio evaluation review meetings,
the Sourcing Portfolio Management Council (SPM) and the centralized
meeting to initiate the review of allnew relationships (weekly kick
off meetings). Additionally, this leader will assist in the
coordination of the Sourcing Compliance Council meetings. . Drive
process improvement related to the due diligence process for new
relationships, and provide complete, accurate and timely reporting
to the enterprise related to these processes. . Develop and
implement knowledge library and templates into technology as needed
to support the sourcing risk management process, . Ensure current
regulatory requirements, consumer regulations, data management
standards related to outside service providers are understood and
disseminated throughout the enterprise, and align with enterprise
compliance policies and procedures. . Proactively identify gaps and
design/develop complex databases and models to support the
identification, tracking and reporting of outside service provider
risk and communicate this detail to the Sourcing Business
Partners/Category Managers and linesof business to assist in making
business decisions related to external relationships. . Participate
in category strategy formulation and recommend sourcing approaches
for the various categories based on industry knowledge of
risk/compliance considerations. . Support the development of
documentation, presentations, (internal/external), supplier
contracts, supplier scorecard and compliance reports.
