A company is looking for an Executive Director, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts to develop and expand new business opportunities
while maintaining existing accounts
Steer overall growth initiatives and secure key strategic
partnerships to drive revenue growth
Manage a team of Business Development Directors to achieve sales
and market expansion targets
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in business development and/or sales
and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in winning new business contracts and growing
existing accounts
Experience in strategic partnerships and complex contract
negotiations
Thorough knowledge of drug discovery and development principles
